Prices
Products are invoiced in Pakistan Rupees. Delivery is charged extra. Please refer to Delivery Information on this site for details. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled. Prices displayed on the Website apply to online purchases only. They are not indicative of the price of identical items purchased at any other store or by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

You pay cash for the items which you order Online at the time of delivery.
We accept cash payments only, no cheques etc.

Delivery
Please note that if you order number of order for delivery to the same address, those may be dispatched separately and we cannot guarantee delivery of all the items on the same day. We take every effort to dispatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver the items within our normal timeframe, we will inform you about the same well in advance on your registered email address or SMS

For most products, we commit an estimated delivery timeframe of 1 to 4 working days, however, this may stretch anywhere between 15 to 20 days (or more in rare cases) depending upon the ordered items and also the delivery address. Nevertheless, in all cases we do commuincate on your registered email address or SMS about the estimated delivery timeframe within 2 to 4 working days of placing the order.

Cancellation fee (if applicable) will be deducted prior to refunding the amount. If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Order Confirmation Email or SMS, please contact our Customer Care Department quoting the order number contained in your Order Confirmation Email or SMS. Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. After this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full.
